Enjoying the last few warm days

The boys are back to school and when I am not studying Jane and I are out and about. 

 I am desperately trying to finish up my RN-reentry program.

 It is hanging over me like a dark cloud.

I start my clinical experience in a couple of days. I have to do 13-12 hr shifts, both days and nights.

It will be very difficult to leave my baby girlie, but I have too.

 In order to finish the program I have to do these shifts.

We are having a lovely weather now.

It is not  fall yet but you can feel it in the air.

I just love autumn.

 This is my favorite time of year.

I put down the books for awhile to enjoy it.

This little girl loves to smell the flowers. This lavender smells so nice. One of my favorites!

 Runny nose and all I ain't I just beautiful.

Last weekend of Summer

It's Labour Day weekend.

It's our last weekend of freedom. School starts on Wednesday. The chaos of  after school sports, music, bowling, homework, making lunches and early mornings is about to begin.

Jane is going to back home with just mama.

She will miss her baa's...as she calls them.

I am going to miss them too. They are all a great help. They watch Jane while I shower, cook, run errands. They are all so good with her. They love their sister so much.

We hate to say goodbye to summer. 

But we know it must come to an end.

Until next year! We will miss you!

Wordless Wednesday

Bucket -Shovel-Mud hole

Jane had a blast on her first trip to the beach. She found herself a little hole that someone had made and there she planted herself. A big pond that didn't interest her, she was only interested in her own little spot.

She could have stayed in this little mud hole all day!

Jack has soccer, can I go too?

Soccer season is here again. Here is my little Timbit, ready to jump on his scooter and head to the soccer field

but someone is sad. Someone wants to go too!

If I don't go I will just run through this water!

So off we went

and I wanted to kiss him too.

I was so happy to be at soccer

 Jack is so great!

 I had a great time.

Splish-Splash I was takin' a bath..in a motorhome!!

 So, we rented a motor home for a week.

Three families.Three motor homes..no bathtub.

No place to put a playpen.

It was an experience to say the least. 

The wind howled, the rain poured. 

 Luckily, my friend Caro had a lovely little tub.

Are you serious...where is our big T.V.

Our camping trip lasted 2 days. We remembered why we sold our 5th wheel trailer and built a cottage. It is not for us. We all ended up going to our cottage , the weather improved and a great time was had by all.

Despite our motor home trip being cut short, we still had great friends, good times and wonderful memories.
